Nymphomaniac Review (How Sex overtakes mind)

Today I read an article on the BBC that was related to “sex addiction” – the article raises the question of whether such an addiction even exists. Only a psychologist can answer this question, but I remembered a movie on this topic Nymphomaniac.

The 2013 film “Nymphomaniac” is a joint presentation of various European countries such as Germany, France, Denmark and Belgium – the film is quite long, so it is divided into two parts –
This is the story of a girl who becomes interested in sex from a young age – she gets rid of her virginity by asking a young man at school age and enters the world of sex – sex at a young age. She becomes an addict – she is always ready to hook up with strange men in trains, markets, streets everywhere – there is no place for love in her life, loneliness and violent sex become her life. Goes
In the film, the girl narrates her story to an older character and discusses the topic of sex in depth – these discussions involve an in-depth discussion of sex and the historical, biological, psychological and social issues related to it, in which the different experiences of the girl are interwoven. It also continues

The film is quite bold, so I won’t advise everyone to watch it, but it can be a good documentary for friends who are trying to understand sex scientifically.

As for treating sex as an addiction, as a regenerative health and detoxification specialist, I agree that sexual urges can sometimes be so strong that they become addictive.

The human body and mind are interconnected, and the act of sexual gratification activates the parts of the brain that deal with pleasure and pleasure. This is why, if it is not balanced, it can become a kind of “addiction”, in which the individual finds himself caught up in seeking the same gratification over and over again.

However, all addictions are always rooted in inner emptiness and emotional complications. Sex addiction also has a deep emotional and psychological root, where the individual embarks on this path in search of love, acceptance or some other emotional need. The first step to get out of this is for man to understand himself internally and recognize what he is really looking for.

True healing comes when we balance our body, mind, and spirit. The process of recovery from sex addiction is not only limited to the physical level, but also includes recovery of emotional and mental health. We can overcome this problem by strengthening ourselves internally and increasing love, balance and self-awareness in our lives.

This process requires patience, love and a deep understanding of self, and is certainly possible. Stepping towards a healthy and balanced life is the only permanent solution to this problem.
