My soul fades in the prayer’s shadow,
I am just another anonymous entity,
Life is never a chance, or choice.
Just another decree by destiny.
Dreams; a word in books and fables,
Hope is death’s lullaby.
Engraved a truth, at past’s pedestal;
Faith is alibi of fantasy.
Darkness conceals cruel colors of life;
Screams the night’s rhapsody.
Eerie silence sees again;
A bleeding statue of agony.
Swaying my words on this canvas,
Slays me, my insanity.
Creeping from the haunted grave,
Of silver sins and vanity.
Plea touching eternity,
Love worshipping infinity.
